Global 1–km L4 SST (G1SST) released!

A daily, L4 SST data set (G1SST) is now being produced at 1-km (ultra-high resolution) by the JPL ROMS(Regional Ocean Modeling System) group. Based on GHRSST level 2 preprocessed (L2P) data products, the goal is to provide a global optimal estimate of SST at the highest possible spatial resolution.
Data and more information describing the input data sets and analysis procedure is available at the G1SST web site:

Also available at the web site are tools for data display and sub-setting of G1SST products.
